I felt Charlotte was very thorough and efficient through the process. She was very willing to do the extra things without being asked (disposing of tires, as an example) and shared local information to help me learn more about the area. I was very comfortable from beginning to end. Communication was very good and prompt. She was flexible with several things to help get through the purchase.
