“I have used Avid Hawk LLC for a two logo designs within the past few years. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I do think they would benefit greatly by incorporating intake calls to cut down the length of time it took to complete our projects and the amount of edits/logo concepts we had to regenerate to get what we were looking for. Communicating by email is great, but it takes longer, as a customer, to discuss a vision by email when we are looking for guidance and assistance with that vision. Overall, my experience was good but would have appreciated an intake call to cut down the amount of time it took to complete our projects and the amount of time it took my to explain over email what we were looking for when I needed them to go back to the drawing board or make edits.“
