“So beyond grateful for the sincere care that was given to my kitties. Not just that, but also the encouragement and understanding that was shared with me from the staff and Dr. Louis. Everyone knew just the right questions to asked! At our first preliminary visit I shared how I came into ownership of the cats and because they were rescued, there was no charge. Appointment were very easy to make even allowing an accomadation for my 2 on a busy day. My cats were spayed and kept overnight. They came back with wonderful temperaments, though a bit shaken up from being apart.

When I was concerned, I was sent an email and was met with a phone call encouraging me to call (even in off hours) for dr. Louis extends herself for emergencies. Not once did I feel she was intimidated, overwhelmed, or nervous. Even when my seemingly calm cat had a bit of a panic moment that had her bouncing off the walls. The staff calmly let the moment pass and helped secure her. It was contagious and left me feeling calm and collected as well. I've tended to quite a few cats and gone to several different clinics, westside by far exceeds all others. 5 stars ++++++“

“Doc Howard and his staff are amazing. I recently had to put my dog of 11 years to sleep because he was sick. They were so accommodating and caring through the entire process knowing how hard it was on me. Best vet“

“horrible experience. they lied about how my dog was doing after her surgery and said they wanted to keep her another night but that nothing was wrong. 3 hours after bringing her home she was vomiting blood and mucus and could not stand. I brought her to a different vet the same day and she said it was internal infection throughout her body. We had to say goodbye to our sweet dog 4 hours after bringing her home from Glacial Lakes. I went back to Glacier Lakes the next day and they refused to take any responsibility. But of course they billed for everything ? please read my full review on Yelp“
