Waterline work from the city backed up into our basement, and Jesse's team was there to clean up and tear out right away! Quick, efficient, and fairly priced. Highly recommend them!
When our facility had a water line burst… these guys were here within minutes after our call to them. It was 6pm and they stayed until nearly after midnight cleaning up the water and moving furniture around to help our residents to remain safe in their home. They came back the next few days and ensure that the entire area was completely moisture free and had no chance of mold growth in the future! Im in the process of buying a home and mold was disclosed as a previous issue. I engaged ServiceMaster of Watertown to do a mold inspection on very short notice and they hit the ball out of the park! From April in the front office to Tiny reviewing lab results and developing a thorough and detailed estimate for remediation, they provided me the info i needed to progress my offer in the short timeframe i had for home inspection. Thanks folks! If this offer flies, you can be sure i will contract with you to do the remediation work!
