Excellent service! Audrey was helpful from the moment she answered the phone. They got a technician out to us quickly and he had our water heater fixed promptly. We will absolutely use them for any future needs.

Never have I ever received such amazing service from a business! Audrey was extremely helpful, thorough, communicative and worked so hard to get my faulty faucet covered under warranty - even when they weren't the original installer! I'm so thankful and will recommend Quality First to everyone!
