Lloyd’s has Great Customer Service. We had some furnace issue and they came out that day and was able to fix our problem. Thank you Raymond for the excellent service work .

Lloyd’s has awesome customer service! Super impressed by both Devin and Scott! Highly recommend if you are having heating/ cooling issues! Huge asset to have in Watertown!

The furance/boiker guy that was recommended when we bought the building retired this fall. So of course we were having some boiler problems this fall. I was recommended another company for boiler work. Called and was told they would get back to me. Waited a month and no call. So tried another company, waited a 10 days and it was getting cold enough that the eden pures was cutting it. A friend of a friend suggested a 3rd party who said he could not work on it but told me to give Lloyd's a call. Best advice I have gotten for a long time. Called Sunday evening, they had a man here about 9:30 Monday morning, it was the pump. They found one and had heat for the store by 3:30. I will be sure that I call Scott at Lloyd's first next time. Thank you!
