I have used Avid Hawk LLC for a two logo designs within the past few years. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I do think they would benefit greatly by incorporating intake calls to cut down the length of time it took to complete our projects and the amount of edits/logo concepts we had to regenerate to get what we were looking for. Communicating by email is great, but it takes longer, as a customer, to discuss a vision by email when we are looking for guidance and assistance with that vision. I have been working with Avid Hawk for a few years now, and Ryan as well as his team, have been great to work with! Building a professional website that stands out and performs the way you want it to, isn’t easy. It’s nice to be able to have a high quality service at a very affordable price, right here in Watertown. As a busy small business owner, it’s one less thing I have to worry about, so I can focus on growing my business. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for this type of service!
