I don't ever get to do this, so I'm not quite sure how ... but I'd like to commend a local company and recommend them to my friends. I had hired Swiftec, Inc., in mid-February to install a new bathroom heater in my house. Long story short, when I got the bill I questioned the labor cost, but I cut them a check for the full amount. A month later, I got a new letter from them, returning my first check and changing my bill to $100 less. How great is that?
This company genuinely cares for their customers. Customer service is priority as much as safety is. I am very pleased with the service!
