Chris Stokes and his crew have gone above and beyond for us when it has come to customer service and our roof. If I could rate 10 stars I would! After our home and town suffered damage in the derecho, Stokes worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. They were prompt, courteous, always willing to work with our insurance company (which we all know insurance company communication can be tedious), and they have been unbelievably easy to work with during all of it. After the storms last week I lost half of my shingles on my home. I gave Chris a call. He assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and a day he could be here to get it repaired. Great guy to work with, professional, and reasonably priced. He and his crew got the work done when they said they would and cleaned up afterwards.
