Our water heater went out and was under warranty but we had no idea who to call or what to do. We are not from Vermillion but saw he dealt with that brand. Steve helped my husband and made many phone calls to locate a water heater that we needed and help direct us to who to call. He didn't have to go above and beyond to help us, but he did. We are so appreciative and highly recommend this business.

I am so happy to have found Steve's Comfort Systems. My son and daughter-in-law (from FL) purchased a 150 year old home, sight unseen (in SD) and found many issues upon arriving which were not disclosed. First being plumbing which was not in working order. Joshua came out right away and was extremely helpful, and guided them on their way to make a clear decision as to what steps to take now, and how to proceed going forward. When he learned they were first time homeowners from FL, he kindly took my son on a tour of what to expect with the furnace, winter in general, and different workings of the crawlspace, etc. He even had quite a bit of information regarding the history...read full review
