Auto loan corp has been nothing but good to me when I needed them as far as loans go! I have been late on so many payments and they gave me the chance too catch up and when I didnt have the funds they still went out of their way to give me another loan when the car brakes stopped working. Thank you Travis for everything!

From time to time ur customer service is poor. But they have 100% worked with me on every occasion. They may get upset but they will work with you if you are honest and communicate ahead of time. Been with them for almost 4 years.

We have bought 3 vehicles over years and never had any problems til this year we asked for a deferment for one payment and they were like you missed a payment and we got automatic withdrawal so they were rude and didn't care that they left me with $5.65 for the week then they took the missing payment without authorization that is theft no matter how you cut it !
