My two sisters and I made an appointment with The Tattoo Cellar on our trip to SD in memory of the trip we’d planned before our Mama unexpectedly passed away. We each wanted a tattoo made from her own handwriting. Richard was very patient with us and did not disappoint!! It’s difficult for the pictures to do it justice. We highly recommend Richard to you!!
Great people here!Very professional artist!6 of us walked in right after breakfast, and he had 3 different tattoos drawn up and ready to go in no time! My sister also got a face piercing, and he was very detailed explaining how it was done.Great prices, too!Very very happy!
