Flex fitness has been a great gym with a great environment! Been going for years now and they have everything you’d possibly need to succeed in the gym! Highly recommend checking it out!!

This is the place to be!! 24/7 access, tons of equipment, showers, sauna, ice bath… you name it, they got it! Extremely nice staff as well! If your looking for a gym, I highly recommend Flex!!!

The most accommodating, helpful, and friendly staff you’ll find! The gym has a lot of equipment options to choose from to get in whatever type of workout you need! FLEX is definitely the gym of choice in the area, and the best facility I have been a member of!
