We interred my father-in-law’s (Melvin Carl Swan) urn to be with his wife Margaret Stewart Swan on April 27, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EVERY staff member we encountered were so professional, accommodating, supportive and helpful. People need to recognize this is NOT just a simple process . Yet, the staff do all this for the love of our country and for those who have served our country!❤

And to you, we say’: “Thank you’” right back!

My parents and grandparents and many other deceased family members are resting in this beautiful military cemetery, I am proud to say. The staff are so professional, helpful, and kind. The grounds are so beautifully maintained. Such an honor to be resting in this peaceful place.

We have a connection to this beautiful place next to the Black Hills. My uncle, Jerzy Kwietniewski, is buried here and more recently his wife Pat. Living so far away in Europe it is comforting to know that their resting place is well cared for.
