We are always very satisfied with the care we get at the clinic. They are caring, accommodating and transparent in their billing. We travel 100 miles one way because of the care we receive.
Everything went pretty good there and the test was done however after 48 hours I had still not heard anything so I had to call and go through a long series of messages and hitting right button so on and so forth and I did get an answer that I was not positive but I should have been called
Very friendly staff right off the bat. The young lady I checked in with was very professional, respectful and very pleasant. Dr Moss and his nurse were extremely kind and helpful. Both have great bed side manner. I felt so much relief after Dt Moss explained my medical issues in detail. The X-ray tech was the sweetest young lady and a very patient one. I could not asked for a more pleasant experience than the one I had today. Thank you to all the staff at monument health for a very pleasant visit.
