Jim and the staff really do a good job of making sure they can assist the customer with the appropriate flooring based on the application. The installers have all been good to work with as well.
Love my floors! Jim was very nice and Josh was very good with installing. We picked Red River Hickory Coretec Vinyl Plank. They were very good with getting us samples. Very happy with the results!
Overall, it was a good experience! Through no fault of their own, their primary installer was out due to an injury. This had a cascading effect of delaying the project a few days.I had performed some pre-work, to save on project costs. They took care of the rest, even with a less than full crew.The actual cost was nearly spot on to the estimate. They even retired to complete concrete leveling work on an uneven entryway, gratis.
