Needed someone to do a few repairs: garage side door was hard to open and had a gap along top - works great now! Needed a new keypad door handle replaced - within minutes it was done and a board on our fence was separated from the pole so he went over and fixed it...good as new! Great guy! On time, professional, finished the job in a timely manner. Very respectful and considerate. Hard worker, didn’t even take a break. Chance finished my floor trim and it looks great. I will continue to hire him for my other projects!
