So many people; especially the younger generations, don't Understand that some are Disabled that most can't tell. Know why you're speaking to a customer and most importantly; How to better Talk/Speak to people. With customers? There's no excuse. Slow down, and Much Better; explain the issue to the Disabled customer. This person, just needed to provide the time to explain. Never, write down and leave a phone number from Corporate. Some Disabled people, can't use a phone. I might be only one in a million. But, as a customer being treated badly once; is One Too Many. It's a Lesson. I'm sure...read full review

A month ago I bought a special package for $300 to cover the rest of the year. Fantastic deal. Unfortunately I injured my leg and need a skin graft and can’t tan for months. When I called the corporate office, I received nothing but extreme sympathy and a quick refund. I don’t recall the woman’s name but she’s a keeper! If only all businesses and people were as gracious, what a pleasant world this could be!! Sincere thanks!
