Today I have my Eye Exam with Dr. Travis Larson, OD a Young Smart Doctor use very advanced equipments, did not see before, to do his job with high skills and very professionaly.
The staff and team, Tammy, Tara and Christine, showed me excellent world class customer service and experience.
I was very happy with their service.
Would give more stars if I could! I went to a different place today to get the nylon string fixed on my very expensive glasses and they told me they couldn't do it and that I would need to buy new frames. Headed straight to Walmart and Tammy, who was super kind helped me and got them fixed in a few minutes! Thank you so much Tammy! Your customer service was top notch and my glasses are like it never happened!
Always have an amazing experience at this location with staff. Recently had a call with some questions and Tammy was very pleasant, helpful and made me feel like she really cared about my outcome.
