I started seeing Dr. Kramlich at Vision Care a few years ago and now I will never go anywhere else! Previously, I would schedule an appointment with any office/optometrist who could fit me in for a quick exam so I could order my glasses online. I didn't value the quality of my care or the quality of my glasses! Dr. Kramlich not only gave me a refraction, but took the time to do a thorough eye health exam. She explained to me the changes I was seeing in my vision and offered to answer any questions I had about my vision correction and/or planned treatment. I left the exam room not only feeling confident about my understanding of my exam, but also a sense of relief to have found a doctor who really seems to care! Afterward, the optical staff assisted me in selecting a pair of glasses with the best frame and lens for the style I was looking for. With this pair of glasses I never worry about them being ill fit. In horror, I accidently sat on a pair. I simply brought them in and they were happy to adjust them! With instant gratification at our fingertips, I think we take for granted the attentiveness and expertise of a dependable clinical practice. I know I did!
I received excellent care from Dr. Kristen Kramlich when I went in an eye infection! The entire Vision Care team is great!
Dr. Billars is by far the best optician in the business. Mind like a steal trap, too. Even after many years of not seeing an eye doctor, he still remembered my whole family and asked where everyone was now. I won't go anywhere else.
