The staff did a good job. The wait time for the x-rays took the longest. I expected at least 2 hours of being there and that is what it was. The care was good. Suggestions were given on how to take care of my injury.
I had a short wait, but when I was done at about 9:00 p.m. I was advised that there are no pharmacies open in Sioux Falls after 9:00 p.m. I had to wait until the next day at 8:00 a.m. to get my prescription for an eye infection in Watertown. Surely, I could have gotten this medication at the Avera Hospital that night.
I couldn't ask for better or faster service. Wait-time was almost non-existent, the staff took the necessary time to understand my symptoms and concerns. I don't think I could ask for any better treatment!
