Went in today while I was in town and had the best experience! The lady who helped me I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond to find the perfect product and color for me! So very grateful for her help as I’ve struggled to find something I’d like for an all over face product since I don’t wear a whole lot of makeup anymore and everything I’ve tried on my own has just felt heavy and cakey! I got home and tried out the Lancôme product she picked out and I’m so far absolutely loving it! Wish I’d have gotten her name I literally couldn’t rave about her enough! Great job today!

Just wanted to let you know about my shopping trip Saturday.
I am not familiar with your store. But I know my daughter in law loves you and recommended you.
On Saturday, I started not in one of your competitors, but in two of your competitors stores. While in each of them, no one spoke with me. The first store was not busy. But no one approached me. The second store was busier but even tho the store associates walked past me, no one smiled or even greeted me.
