I'm a physically disabled tenant at L'Abri apartments one of many. Our elevator has been down a month now they keep saying the part is on back order. This is unacceptable. This is a safety hazard.

Shows up, says it gonna cost a bunch to retape the ceiling, then ask what other project we mention the deck. He goes out and I went to grab a drink walk outside he was gone, no estimate no nothing. I woukd not recommended him to anyone.
