We loved working with Brady & Sophie! My wife and I were searching for our first house and were worried we couldn't find our dream home during the crazy housing market. Brady & Sophie were able to alleviate our concerns almost immediately. They answered questions that we had for months (from when we were looking on our own) and sent us houses that we would be interested in hours after they were listed. This was super important because houses were getting sold within 24-48 hours at the time we were looking. My husband and I were first time home buyers when we reached out to Brady and Sophie to get a plan going to buy our first home. We met with Brady early on and he helped us understand what the process would be like and what steps to take to set ourselves up to be able to buy. He made sure to explain things in a way we understood and was patient and answered all of our questions. Once we were in a place where we could see properties, he and Sophie went out of their way to use our time efficiently to see as many properties as possible.
