I recently did a class with Somer at Solidcore and omg my butt was kicked in the best of ways. I truly thought this was going to be a light workout but I was wrong. It worked me literally to the core (pun intended) I was sore for a week after! I’m definitely working Solidcore into my new routine because this was a full body experience. Super fun, energetic, time went by so fast!!! Love love love

Everyone here is so welcoming and energetic! They are so helpful and answering any questions to make sure you are doing your workouts right, while making you feel confident to push yourself. I have never felt better and stronger!

I've been working out here for over a year, and I love it. I have a membership which helps me actually get workouts in since they're paid for ahead of time. The 50 minute workouts are very challenging, yet the time flies by. Most of the people that work out here seem to be in really good shape, but it's a welcoming environment for people of any level of athleticism; I started at a point where I was postpartum and hadn't exercised in a year and a half. There are modifications for various levels, from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend!
