seems like the importance of the visits is to get paid instead of taking care of the customers. need to sign 2 sheets of paper about who is responsible for the bill when the visit is over. This does not sit good with me no other DR office i go to asks you to sign a paper of who is responsible. Just had a 30,000 knee surgery not once did they ask me to pay up front or after i left the recovery room like this place does.

It was a nice place. I didn't like those, things they put in your mouth for X-rays. Don't believe. It's a one size fits, all deal. Other, than that. It was all good. and the dentist. Kept saying. What are you here. To fix the problems. Otherwise, it all good.

I'm switching dentists. This place only cares about making money. They told me I needed 3 cleanings a year. Insurance only pays for 2 so I guess they think I'll pay out of pocket for the 3rd? They also over charge for basic cleaning, calling it deep cleaning when it's nothing different. The worse part is when I pointed out that I have pain in one of my tooth. The dentist comes in for 5 minute and response..."your X-ray looks fine and visual exam looks fine. Come back if it continues to hurt." Yeah, no.
