A great thank you to Tyson for repairing my glasses frame this morning! They were in rough shape after a fall hiking this weekend. Kevin
About Sioux Falls Family Vision
Sioux Falls Family Vision is praised for its exceptional patient care, particularly by Dr. Vogel, who is known for his kindness and patience with children. Families appreciate how he engages young patients, making eye exams enjoyable. However, some reviews note concerns about the front staff's competence, particularly regarding the sales of eyeglasses, with suggestions to avoid purchasing glasses there. On a positive note, the staff is recognized for their outstanding customer service, as illustrated by a recent experience where they provided free trial contacts to a visitor in need. Overall, Sioux Falls Family Vision is recommended for eye exams and valued for its helpful and friendly team.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Dr. Vogel. He is so patient and kind with both of our young boys. We have been seeing him since my oldest son was three. He meets them on their level, handles them with such patience and works with their busy personalities. He makes the exam “fun” for them. Cannot say enough good things about our experience 😊

I love SF Family Vision! Dr. Brink is kind, friendly and always explains her process in a way that makes you feel super respected. Milton, one of her staff members, is THE BEST! So kind, honest and respectful of your time; I know I will love my new glasses because he was so genuine with helping me pick them out. He got them ready for me in 15 minutes from picking them out - HERO!
