Used Ruppert’s two winters ago when our furnace went out. They came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue quickly and we haven’t had a problem since. Very impressed with the expertise, responsiveness and affordability.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced the end of May. He was very courteous and hard working. The guy never took a break and worked straight through from 9am until around 6pm to get the job completed. I tried to get him to take a meal break but he kindly said that he liked to keep working to get it all done. The equipment works beyond our dreams and looks professionally installed. He cleaned up everything after he was done and returned another day to walk us through the settings on the new thermostat he installed. No hidden fees and everything spelled out before hand. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone.

I originally called comfort heroes to come over and look at my unit. They did minimal checks, and turned off my outside unit when they left, without telling me. They told me I would need a new unit, and quoted me over $7,000 and pushed for me to sign up to buy it on the spot.After asking around at my workplace I heard of Ruppert word of mouth and he came highly recommended. He was responsive and on time with a next day appointment when I was available after hours when I got off work. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a literal fraction of the price I believed I would initially be having to pay.
