Been trying to get nails done has I haven’t in a long time. My birthday is always a tough time as it’s my moms passing date and I had a good bday but it has been awful tried going to pool and they had to close and my sister in law is always so kind but set us up and the whole time I got stuck with a tech who couldn’t be bothered to have kind conversation with me and she was visibly annoyed by everything as they took a walk in and then a 1230 was scheduled by someone but none of the techs were holding accountable but my sister said she heard the man working that the 1230 was his but she rushed through my nails to get to the walk in or whoever getting their feet done. She didn’t use a uv lamp on the personal polish I brought and I got three coats and she sat my by a fan n didn’t give me a time limit n stormed off she was extremely bothered when I asked early on if they had little sticker nail designs or anything cute to accent a nail and she shook her head annoyed and said we don’t have stuff like that. Which is weird because in their photos here on fb some have gems n pretty stuff to accent. I smudged my nails as she didn’t dry each layer Individually I fixed it while I was there without asking for help cause I’m sure that would be just a whole other thing to have to come back to me and deal with me again. I felt bad because they were busy but man I’m so tired of feeling like I’m inconveniencing people. Which is why I hardly get my nails done. I feel like you have to be bffs with the techs to get nice service. Stop taking walk ins if it’s making things difficult. Oh and just to get almond shape or any other shape is 10 dollars extra. And the other gal said the uv lamp wouldn’t have made a difference. The difference is it’s not their polish they didn’t care. My sister got the same style polish and she got uv. I use a uv dryer and it helps tremendously between layers with certain amount of time. Bottom line the young gals that seem to be friends with techs got friendly service. But my sister liked her tech. It just made getting my birthday nails not feel special. Just average square rounded nails. Love my mooncat polish.
