We had Brady from Mr Rooter come out and help us after our basement flooded. He was so efficient and super kind. Brady took the time to explain all the ins and outs of what was going on so I could better understand the problem. Mr. Rooter sent someone out the same day the problem occurred which we are super thankful for and most definitely will use them again!
We had a plumbing issue over the weekend. A huge thanks to the dispatcher, Naomi and the technician, RJ for finding a way to fit us in the schedule on Monday. Naomi was great with communication with us and RJ was so professional and genuinely kind. I definitely recommend Mr Rooter!
I have been a huge fan of this entire organization which includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. This visit was with Mr Rooter and my experience was perfect. On time arrival, fast and excellent work done, fair price, and just easy to do to business with. I can’t recommend this group more highly.
