I was very impressed by the initial response, follow-up and professionalism of McCoy Roofing and especially its project manager, Garson Hatch. Great communication and explanations. He followed up my initial call within the hour and was at the site the next day. He diagnosed in less than an hour a problem others had tried to figure out for 5 years. Worked with Rony, great work ethic and always makes sure you get the best out of yourself with his service. Was readily available to talk after or before business hours to make sure everything was in order. Made me feel like an individual and not just a “customer”.
