I had an good experience, got my eyebrows wax and hair styled. She was nice and friendly could have done a little better but mostly awesome work. My husband however got his done from a guy and he didn't do anything we said and just shaved my husband hair the way I do at home. He wanted a fade and the guy must not know how to... smh.
I have been getting my hair done by Miranda. I love my results every time! She will only do the most she can with your hair. If she feels the look you're going for is too extreme for your hair, she does suggest multiple visits which I appreciate since I have had bad experiences in the past. She has not disappointed!
Got a great haircut from Stacy who was new to the store but very professional and friendly. She listened to what I wanted for a haircut and even asked about a couple things to do to make it look even better. Store was very clean and presented very professionally.
