Was recommended this place so I had high hopes and the lady answering the phone was rude both times I talked to her. I had to cancel for a personal reason with intentions of rescheduling- she made me feel bad about canceling and said “well you’ll have a hard time getting back in with us then.” I wanted to come here but I’ll be going somewhere else based on customer service.

First time going to the studio, I was with Kendra and I wanted to go back natural. My hair is dark brown and it had a blonde balayage. But she completely dyed it so dark it looked blue. Was not what I asked for at all. But she did fix it, and it was a little better.

Kalli is a fantastic stylist who helps me look young and fresh even when I'm neither! She is careful, precise and helps select styles for me and she is really great to visit with during my appointments!
