Raves! We've been using Kinetico at Ideal Tent and Events for four years now, and we're about to install another unit in our new laundry facility. The technicians who service our conveyor dish machine, tent washing machine, and large commercial washing machines all say the same thing: these machines are exceptionally well-maintained compared to much of the equipment they encounter. I point them directly to the Kinetico system. We believe it has paid for itself by reducing repair costs associated with improperly treated water. Recently had the reverse osmosis system installed in the home. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable answering questions. The installation was prompt and professional. Love the water!

We just had a new Kinetico water softner & reverse osmosis system put in and we absolutely love it already!! The water is so soft for bathing, washing clothes, etc. Also, we can now drink our water knowing it is safe. Great, great customer service. Highly recommend Jolene and her team!!
