I had a great experience with Emma! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. She took the time to really listen to how I wanted my hair cut and even asked follow-up questions to make sure she understood exactly what I envisioned.
Not only did she cut my hair how I'd envisioned, but she also went above and beyond by styling it beautifully afterward, leaving me feeling confident. Her attention to detail and personable nature truly made the appointment enjoyable. I’ve already received so many compliments on my hair, and I've rebooked another appointment with her. Highly recommend!

Hair Essence is a great place to go! I had gone in for a bleach root touch up by Kristin M. And I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I plan to go back when it's time for a root touch-up and trim.
