These guys are Fantabulous!! 1st call-they recharged the A/C. (Went well for a week or so). Then it was over...our 25 year old system gave up. They were diligent, informative with options and well worth the wait. Due to the high volume of calls for replacements of units that happened at the same time we needed ours done, we had to wait for 7 to 8 weeks to get it replaced. They gave us a portable AC unit to use while we waited. They stayed in contact and were true to their time line within a couple of days. We love our new system and really appreciate them.
