This is the poorest excuse for a flower shop. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister in law who’s husband passed away. Never delivered it the day I requested. She got a Green Plant 2 days later. Should have got 5 with the money i I spent. Sue was rude, didn’t apologize or even try to explain. My sister in law doesn’t even like plants. I will be reporting her to the store I ordered them from, the better business bureau, FTD and any one else I think needs to know what a terrible business this is. Taking advantage of people when they are grieving a loved one is just the lowest form of a human I can think of. Sue should be ashamed of herself. I have never been so disappointed or angry with a business before. I will also be letting all our family and friends in Souix Falls know about and boycott this business. All I can say is beware of this shop!
First florist I’ve ever ordered from that was extremely thorough and attentive. I received a call within minutes to explain one color may not be available. Ended up making a better selection! I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and Sue TEXTED me to let me see the substitution that was made. This is my new florist forever!!
