I have lived in a property managed by this outstanding team for around 4 years now, and it has been the best I have ever rented from, truly exceptional! From the application process to the quick responses on any questions I had, maintenance concerns or otherwise, they have made renting feel effortless. Working with the office has been such a great experience! They keep the website updated, which made things so much easier, and anytime we’ve called with a question, they’ve been quick to help. Jen D. was amazing when we stopped by the office, so friendly, informative, and patient. She made sure we had all the details we needed and told us to call her anytime if we needed anything else. Thanks to her, the move-in process felt smooth and stress-free.
Lived in the West Oaks Estates in Hartford the past 2 years and only moved to be closer to family. Management was great and took care of any maintenance requests or issues we had right away and gave plenty of notice for inspections, building maintenance, snow removal ect. It's a quiet and safe area with friendly neighbors too. Highly recommend
