Bob is freakin awesome. Fast response. Thorough work. Professional and friendly. Hopefully we never have to make use of his services again, but if we have pest control needs he will be the first call.

Called on a Sunday for a bat issue and Bob and Brady drove over an hour, same day to take care of it! Service was fast and reliable with their 10 year warranty. I’ve used them in the past, and we’ll continue to use them!

We unfortunately had been dealing with a bed bug issue for several months. We had it professionally sprayed, but even that didn't take care of the issue. So, we called Bob and not only did he travel all the way from Sioux Falls to Rapid City for us, but he answered every single question I had in an extremely timely manner. His 90 day guarantee also puts me at rest knowing we are covered should we happen to see anymore bugs. I would recommend him to everyone I know!!!!
