I've been going to Toni every other week for a couple of years and I highly recommend her. I lift weights and showed up a mess with locked up forearms and quads. She was able to get me loosened up again and back in the gym without pain.

I found that a regular massage helps me manage any pains, pulls or issues that come up with lifting so I can keep with my routine. Toni does a great job at adjusting to what I need at each appointment.

Really needed a massage, and Toni did the trick! I felt all the knots come out of my neck like magic. She is very strong and thorough. I feel so great after and I would definitely go back again. My mom will be going to her next! Highly recommend!

Toni and Ryan are AMAZING! We have been going here for a few years now, and I have always felt comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better massage either! Both are great with giving the care you need. Definitely not a cookie cutter massage. Always tailored to whatever trouble spots happen to flare up at the time. The communication is excellent and they strive to make sure you are comfy. Been to several over the years and would not go anywhere else!
