After 14 years of using this service, I forgot my appointment on Friday February 4th. Once I realized this I called early Monday morning and was able to get in yet that day. Outstanding service by DeeDee and her support staff. Chuck is a wonderful tax preparer. I always make my appointments a year in advance that's how much I trust them.
All of the employees from the front office staff to the tax consultants are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of taxes. They are so friendly and remember the little personal details year to year. They are very efficient. I feel confident knowing that my taxes are done correctly while making sure that my deserved deductions are accounted for.
Charlie and Pat were great. Very patient, and accommodating to my busy schedule, and more than reasonable in thier fees. This was my first year with them and I will definitely be using them going forward. Thanks Guys!!!
