Very easy to work with, and Tom went above and beyond with my concerns. I was getting conflicting information on the slope of my roof and if the shingles I wanted would work due to the slope. Tom came to the house after normal hours and went on the roof with his meter, took a picture and showed me the slope-his figure was correct. The showed up on time and replaced my shingles in 1 day. Tom did a walk around the house to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction.
I’ve had a great experience working with Hillary and the team at Weather-Tite. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. They’re always open to new ideas and recommendations, and it’s clear that they take pride in both their work and the experience they provide. Highly recommend Hillary and the Weather-Tite team!
