“Got a quote to replace our aging water heater, install an expansion tank, replace a leaking washing machine shutoff, replace the undersized washing machine drain pipe and lastly to talk about water softener options. Dustin and I had a great conversation about the water heater options they offer and he did a great job of selling me on the new GE line of heaters they offer. We decided on the higher end model, which offered several features I hadn't heard of before, including the ability to change the temperature of the water easily so as to create more hot water capacity via a mixing valve, and monitor or make changes remotely. Essentially we can ramp it up for when we have a lot company over and not need a bigger tank to do so, or turn it down to save energy when it's just us at home like normal.Our next topic was water softening (which we didn't really have much physical room for) and we settled on a NatureSof descaler which takes up no space at all and has proven to be super effective (better than hoped) at removing our hard water deposits on all our fixtures and conveniently keeping our shower glass cleaner. I'd guess everything is now 90% better than it was after just a few months.From quoting, to communicating, to the actual install, they were great to work with. The install itself went fast and they were respectful of our house, doing a great job of cleaning up. I couldn't say which part we are more happy with, but we'll definitely be calling them again if needed in the future.Services: Water heater installation“
