Dr. Pearson and Katie made me very comfortable and were so supportive throughout my testing. Anxiety with a TBI is high and they don't push at all, I am now going to take my regular eyecare needs for my whole family there.
Because of a cancelation I was able to make an appointment for the next day. That will not be true for everyone . However when I arrive I was taken to the exam room right on time . It was the most complete exam I have ever had and when completed the corrective prescription gave me the sharpest, clearest vision I have had in years. For this senior citizen they are a winner.
Dr. Dawn has been my vision care provider for years. Very knowledgeable and I never have issues getting in. Everyone is polite and helpful. I always get my new glasses in the optical department there. Haven't liked lenses for my glasses that I obtained elsewhere. Good frame options too.
