I have been to car washes throughout the United States, and I can honestly tell you this is the one that is absolutely outstanding. The work is beautiful, and I get comments often how incredible the shine on my car’s paint and tires look. Customer service is phenomenal and very professionally managed. The manager and all staff are kind and helpful who is genuinely focused on providing excellent servic. All were professional and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. I give this company a five star rating. Excellent !

**Edit** as disappointed as I was, I was very pleased with management, reaching out to me personally with a phone call, and that does say a lot about the integrity about this business and their customer service so with that I thank management for the call and attention to this matter! Came in for a car wash at 7:20 P.m. Two car wash attendants standing around did not even spray off the Front and back of car like they normally do. Vacuums were Off and no rags were outside for cleaning. I pay a monthly fee for this? Very disappointed!

I brought my vehicle to Tidal Wave Auto Spa and was very impressed with the level of care it received. David handled the detailing, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Every surface was spotless, all my bug issues, and the finish looked better than expected. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work — highly recommend their service over many other!
