I took advantage of their 1 week trial membership while I was visiting family for the Holidays and was not disappointed!- Wide class selection and availability to fit into a busy schedule- Extremely friendly and helpful staff/instructors- Great workouts that you could easily scale to your abilityIf you're visiting family or on vacation, I would highlight recommend giving Sol Vibe a try.

Sol Vibe is unlike any other fitness studio I’ve experienced. This is the first time I’ve felt a community of support, positivity and a community that wants you to just be the best version of yourself, physically and mentally. I’ve stayed consistent and keep showing up. There is a perfect variety of classes from strength, to yoga and mediation. The instructors are top notch and your biggest cheerleaders. Love Sol!

Really amazing instruction during workout. You really just go with the flow. Still sore but had a wonderful time. Just a heads up, be prepared for heat and bring a big water bottle, you'll drink it quickly. However, sometimes it can be a little crowded. Still doesn't detract from the value of the service provided.
