Called and left a message for an appointment as an existing patient. Did not receive a call back. Tried the number 2 more times during the day with no answer. Called the next day and the receptionist/assistant on the phone was extremely rude. Asked me if I had insurance and then told me he was only accepting appointments with a certain insurance carrier. I mentioned that I had left a message and got a very snarky response that she was too busy to listen to messages. Hung up and will find a different provider.

If you have eyes that just need glasses or contacts he is a good Dr. and that is very thorough.

If you have allergies, pre-existing conditions or need real help DON'T GO THERE. I suffer from Keritosis in my eyes and was exceptionally clear about that! When I had my first flare up he wouldn't call me back, see me, ANYTHING! He left me in pain for weeks, then changed my contacts twice. Told me I would have to suck it up and deal with Daily contacts. He flat out REFUSED to see me with three separate flare ups! My vision has been permanently damaged, and I may never be able to wear contacts again. I been going here since 2011, never had any problems.. I take my kids to him also and he does a great job and remembers his patients. He noticed I had some big changes to my vision, soon I found I was battling Grave's Disease which affects your vision at times. I truly recommend this place.
