Need to call a contractor or sub during the building season? Good luck. These guys called us back the same day and were out to see our project in just a few days. Edward called us back to make an appointment. "Hello Mr. Customer, this is Edward from RC Roofing Co"; friendly and great phone skills.Cody came out to see our project but we had the wrong material. He came back again, wrong material again! mea culpa. Rapid City Roofing did a great job with my roof from start the finish. The sales person gave me several options and offered several good suggestions. The roofing crew completed the job in less than one day and cleaned up the property very well before leaving. But, I was most impressed when one of the owners and the salesman showed up to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction!Really a great job guys!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
