we were in town camping when our 18 month old sprang a bad fever unexpectedly and we brought him into this urgent care facility. They were extremely professional and quick to get him looked at. The doctor was personable and patient with a screaming 18 month old. They discovered an ear infection and provided antibiotics from their supply since it was a holiday and they didn't want to risk the pharmacies being closed. The doctor even walked us out and opened the door for us. We had a very good experience!
Even though the receptionist was not the friendliest person in the world, the nurse and the doctor were. What a great experience! You don’t think about going to the doctor as something to look forward to, but in this case, it was fun, informative and a great experience. Thank you!
Staff was pleasant. Made you comfortable. PA - Frankie- was nice.. Wanted to make sure he made the right diagnosis. Apologized ahead for making me “suffer” through standing up. One of the best experiences we’ve had at an Urgent Care. Both nurses were friendly and engaging.
