Monument Health Rapid City Clinic, 2805 5th Street

We first came in not knowing why we were there but once we talked to Elizabeth Stamper she got a Dr for us to talk to and everything was taken care of and we left with a plan! They were great!

I came in for a UI test. I will talk to Dee on the 28th with what I went through to get an appointment for the test. When will the nurses LISTEN to the patient when calling in. We know our bodies more than they do!!!

I entered the check-in area and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. She directed me to her computer. She was extremely friendly. The process went very quickly and I was given a very clear rundown of where I would be called and a good place to sit. I had a very short wait before the I was called back. The person who drew my blood was also friendly and efficient. It was a very good experience, as far as having lab work done.
